Healing...That’s your first step

I want you to take a step back and notice what you deal with in relationships. Do they occur repeatedly? Are you affected by what may have been done in the past? Did he/she hurt you or did he/she just up and decide one day he/she didn’t wanna be with you? Are you insecure because of things he/she may have said or did? 

Regardless of the case. Your first step is to heal. Be happy and find ways to get out your feelings and after that, release them, write them, type them, sing them, rap them, whatever, let them go. Don’t hold on to it. Just let it go. Let it free out of your heart and mind and soul. Be free of the past. Pain doesn’t last always and everyone had there own way of coping with it. What’s your coping mechanism?  What will you do to make things better? What will you do to be happier?

Don’t make yourself suffer because you deserve happiness and love and support and respect. Don’t rush to love, be patient and let it come to you. Let it flow and be happy. Be patient. You are worth every inch of everlasting happiness and love and never forget that. Is it hard? Yes, will it be better, yes. Just take your time and get it out. You have to find a way to be ok, to heal from any pain or broken peices that may have been lost. But guess what? You will be ok.😁
